Frederic
Dambier won his first domestic championship this year
at the Masters of Skating.
Last season was also the first time in five years Dambier received two ISU Grand Prix assignments outside his native country. He finished 10th at Skate Canada while participating with an injury. Only a week later, opting to fulfill his obligation in the Grand Prix, Dambier mastered a bronze medal finish.
Frederic,
by finishing 4th at the European Championships in Lyon,
gained selection to the French team for the 2006 Olympics.
